It's a pretty rigorous curriculum- by the end of April I had created 24 different pieces. Usually we created one piece per week until our art show
I'm not much of a painter and I definitely don't use charcoal. I feel most comfortable using Sharpie Markers, doing design work. Because I wanted to just use black marker and stippling, and I didn't want it to look too boring, I chose to draw on ceramic tile. I thought the veins of the tiles would go along with the veins of the human anatomy and have the gritty feel that I wanted it to have.
Overall I'd say I have a tattoo-type style that has really developed through the AP Art curriculum.
